Poem

INSIDE LEFT
A donation of $1 from Ty’s original sale
of this Beanie Baby will be made to the
American Red Cross
Hurricane Katrina relief effort

INSIDE RIGHT
In memory of those who lost their homes, their
loved ones, or their lives as a result of
Hurricane Katrina

We extend our deepest sympathies

Together we’re a stronger nation.

Collectors note

Alabama was introduced on 5th September 2005 to raise funds for the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina.

Three bears were released to raise money for the American Red Cross. The other two bears were called Louisiana and Mississippi.

This is the retail version of Alabama. There was also a Ty Store version which had a different style number.

He was retired 24th May 2006.
