The 2006 Happy New Year bear is a black bear with black button eyes and nose. It wears a black and silver party hat on top of its head with multicoloured ribbon attached to the top. In it’s right paw is a purple party popper and it has “2006 Happy New Year” written in multicoloured stitching on it’s chest.
