Description
Alex is made from a brown material with a cream coloured muzzle, belly and feet. He has embroidered white eyes and a large black nose. He has a fluffy brown mane around his neck and a fluffy tail tuft. His ears are black with cream coloured material inside them.

Alex was introduced on 2nd October 2008.
He is based on the character “Alex” from the animated movie, Madagascar 2.
There were five beanies released based on Madagascar 2 characters. As well as Alex, there was also Marty the zebra, Gloria the hippo, Melman the giraffe and Skipper the penguin.
