Description

The Saudi Arabian version of Champion is a fuzzy, brown bear with black button eyes and a button nose with the Saudi Arabian flag on it. It wears a gold ribbon tied around it’s neck. On it’s chest is a badge with the words “2002 FIFA World Cup” on it.

Poem

Saudi Arabia first attempted to
qualify for the FIFA World Cup
In 1978. It lost to Iran and was
eliminated. Qualification for the
1994 FIFA World Cup came when
Saudi Arabia beat Iran 4-3. Saudi
Arabia took part in 2 FIFA World
Cup tournaments (1994, 1998).
