Kookie is a light blue dog with black button eyes and a soft, blue nose. He has pink ears and feet with stitching separating his toes.

He is one of five Beanie Babies in what is known as the “Greatest Show on Earth” set. The four others in this set are Vegas the Zebra, Giraffiti the giraffe, Jimbo the Elephant and Mystique the tiger. These five Beanies have a yellow background inside their swing tag instead of white.
