Louisiana was released on 5th September 2005.
He was retired on 24th May 2006.
Louisiana was first released as a Ty Store exclusive to raise funds for the American Red Cross after the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina. Three days later, he was released for general retail with a different style number. This is the retail version.
