Description

Tom Kitten is a brown tabby cat with darker brown stripes. He has green and black button eyes and a stitched nose and mouth on a cream coloured muzzle. He wears a pale blue jacket with white buttons and pale blue trousers with “Tom Kitten” written on them in white thread.

The Tale of Tom Kitten was released on 29th September 2006.

He is based on the character of the same name from the children’s books written and illustrated by Beatrix Potter.

There were two versions of Tom Kitten: this version with white thread that was available for general retail and another version with gold thread that was exclusive to The World of Beatrix Potter in Cumbria and Harrods.

Both versions were exclusive to the UK.

There were six retail Beanie Babies released with coloured thread: Peter Rabbit, Pigling Bland, Tom Kitten, Mr. Tod, Jeremy Fisher and Jemima Puddle-duck.

There were also six exclusives released with gold thread: Peter Rabbit, Pigling Bland, Tom Kitten, Mr. Tod, Jeremy Fisher and Jemima Puddle-duck.
