Erin was released on 3rd June 1999.

She was retired on 17th June 1999.

She was part of a McDonalds Happy Meal promotion that ran from 21st May – 17th June 1999. There were different stages to the promotion. Erin was in the second stage of the promotion which included four international bears released in cardboard packages.
