Percival was released in 1999.
He was part of a McDonald’s Happy Meal promotion in 1999 that featured 12 different animal Teenie Beanie Babies. This promotion was released in the UK and featured the same 12 Teenie Beanie Babies that were previously released in 1998 in the USA, however, Happy was renamed “Percival” in the UK promotion.
Percival was in bag #6.
