Collectors note

Quacks was released on 11th April 1997.

He was retired on 25th April 1997.

He was part of the McDonald’s promotion that was originally planned to run from 11th April – 15th May 1997. McDonald’s ran out of the Teenie Beanie Babies earlier than they had planned, and so the promotion ended on 25th April 1997. McDonald’s issued a public apology on ending the promotion early.
