Zoey is made from a fluffy pink and black striped material with a white belly and pale pink face. Her hands and feet are bright pink and she wears a glittery pink bow on top of her head. She has large purple and black button eyes with black embroidered eyelashes and a tiny purple nose with black stitching for her mouth.

Zoey was the first Monstaz character to feature eyelashes.
