From the stock images, the small size of Squish a Boos appear to have solid, glittery button eyes instead of the faux leather/fabric eyes of the larger Squish a Boos.
I’ve spent today updating the Squish a Boos section of the website to include the new designs and have changed the size description in their names accordingly, so that they are now described as small, medium and large size Squish a Boos. I have also added any Squish a Boos that I had left out. Please let me know if I’ve missed any out.
Do you have any of the small Squish a Boos in your collection?
I would like to wish a very Happy Thanksgiving to all my Beanie friends who are celebrating today!
I’m thankful for everyone for taking the time to get involved on the website. It means the world to me that people find the site useful and I hope it continues to be a resource for tracking your Beanie collection.
Pictured above is one of my favourite Thanksgiving Beanies. His name is Plymouth and he carries a tiny “turkey” in his paws. How cute it that?!
Below, the Ty Store exclusive, Turk-e is celebrating Thanksgiving with Roam.
Karma is arguably one of the most colourful Flippables around! Her body is covered in reversible sequins that are all the colours of the rainbow. Check out how pretty they are!
When you flip her sequins the other way, they change to sparkly silver, as shown below. She also has a ridge of sparkly, rainbow coloured spikes running along her back.
Her Birthday is on 19th January and her poem reads as follows:
A true chameleon, my colors do change Flip my sequins and watch as I rearrange!
Karma’s legs and tail don’t have sequins on them. Instead, they are made from a brightly coloured, rainbow material covered in a shiny scale pattern. What I love the most is Karma’s curled tail.
Karma was released in both a small and medium size.

In my last post, I mentioned that I had purchased a new Beanie that I’d seen based on one of the requests that I’d added and that I’d do a full review once I’d received her. Well….she arrived!
Genevieve is a beautiful white cat from the Attic Treasures collection! I couldn’t resist getting her!
I’ve given her fur a comb (well, who doesn’t have a bad hair day after being sent in the mail?), but now she’s back to her former glory. Her fur is really fluffy, so much so that I had to try and comb it out of the way of her gorgeous blue eyes! She has the cutest, embroidered pale pink nose and long, white thread whiskers. For the final touch, she has a little pink rose just above her right ear.
She has a 7th generation Attic Treasures hang tag (not to be confused with a 3rd generation Beanie Babies hang tag as they look very similar on the outside – see the Beanie Baby tag identification guide) and has the following phrase inside:
“Feline Great!”
It’s short and simple but suits her well, as she does indeed look like she’s feeling great.
When I saw Genevieve, I knew I HAD to have her in my collection! As I’ve mentioned previously, I’m a huge cat lover and love to collect the Ty cats. I also love her name, Genevieve. I think it sounds really pretty and goes well with her delicate features. Also…how cute are those toe beans?!
I’ve always loved the Attic Treasures collection. It’s one of my favourite product lines along with Beanie Babies and Beanie Boos. I love how they have a vintage look to them, and like their name suggests, have come straight out of the attic.
Do you have Genevieve in your collection or any other Attic Treasures? What do you think of Genevieve? Leave a comment below!
It’s been so busy here lately! I’ve been trying to get in as many Beanie requests as possible as I’ve had so many! I’ve still got some more to get through, but I’ve got through quite a big portion of them. The only issue with adding Beanie requests is that I find myself seeing Beanies I absolutely ADORE and must have!
I have actually ordered a new Beanie because of one of the requests I have had through. I will reveal which Beanie when I receive her and do a full review, but she looks so cute that I can’t wait to get her!
I have got some new Halloween Beanies though. Here they are pictured below:
I managed to pick up the two new Halloween Ty Puffies, Echo and Seeds! Echo is so adorable with his little round, fluffy body and tiny fangs and Seeds is cute too!
I also got Seeds in Flippables form! I love how he looks so happy! His glittery green eyes also look great against his bright orange sequins.
Jinx also arrived! I love her gold and dark brown sequins and her odd eyes in orange and green. She also carries a sparkly pumpkin treat in her mouth.
Last but not least, I managed to get hold of Eerie! Eerie is part of the Squish a Boos range and his tiny, sparkly purple wings are too cute for words!
I’ve also got my eye on two Halloween Beanies that I really want in my collection.
I love how this little guy has his very own pet spider who he carries around on top of his head.
The second Halloween Beanie I want to get hold of is Scaredy.
Scaredy was a Halloween Beanie Baby I added recently as a request. She is actually part of the Beanie Babies 2.0 range and featured a special code to access a section of Ty’s website that used to be available where you could play games and chat. I love how she has an arched back as if she’s scared of something (hence the name, “Scaredy”).

Recently I’ve been on the hunt for Beanie bargains! One of my favourite places to go is to my local charity shops!
Up until this week, I haven’t had much luck as there have either been no Beanies to be seen or they have had ones I already own. This week however, I’ve managed to pick up a LOT!
I found a 2000 Signature Teddy in my local British Heart Foundation shop. I just LOVE the colours on this one!
He is a mottled purple and grey colour and absolutely beautiful. He wears a multicoloured mesh ribbon and features the embroidered Signature Bear heart with the year 2000 on it.
Float and Twitterbug are two new bugs to join my collection.
I love how Float has a longer pile on the fabric of her upper wings as it makes them look a little furry. I also LOVE the name “Twitterbug”! It sounds very cute (even though I know from experience cicadas are VERY noisy!).
I also found a few new kitties for my collection! Tabitha, Purr and Miles were also charity shop finds.
Sadly, Miles didn’t have a hang tag attached, but I couldn’t leave her all on her own, so she came home too!
I also found Cara from the Hallmark shop at Lakeside Shopping Outlet in the UK. There were 50% Ty products, so I also picked up Enchanted to go with her.
I picked up Derby (fluffy mane version) and Iggy (blue version without a tongue) as I didn’t have them and they were both cheap. I used to own them both, but I can’t remember what happened to them.
I also picked up some tinies. Stretchy, ‘Nook, Claude and Rocket are all McDonald’s Teenie Beanie Babies, Ozzie is a Halloweenie Beanie owl and Gypsy the St. Bernard is a Teeny Ty.
I found a Flippables Pixy the unicorn in Poundland who is absolutely beautiful! I adore her rainbow coloured glittery eyes!
Sorry things have been quiet lately. Things have been a bit hectic at home recently and I just haven’t had much spare time.
Anyway, what’s been going on in the Beanie world?
Well it turns out that the “unknown” range that I wrote about before are a brand new, redesign for the Beanie Babies range!
There are eight new Beanie Babies using the new design. Their names are Mitzi, Miso, Ying, Clawdia, Skylar, Ace, Duncan and Wilfred. My favourite of these new designs is Miso (pictured below) and I can’t wait to see what he looks like in real life!
It’s getting closer to one of my favourite times of the year….Halloween!
One of the most disappointing pieces of news is that there will be NO new Halloween Beanie Boos this year! I’m so sad about this as I LOVE the Halloween Boos!
However, there are a few new Halloween Squish a Boos, my personal favourite being Eerie the bat (pictured below). I love his little purple wings and tiny fangs! Eerie is available in both a small and large size.
The second bit of sad news is that there will also be no Christmas Beanie Boos! There will be a “Winter-themed”, icy penguin named Tony (pictured below), but no specific Holiday Boo. Tony is very cute but I would have liked some more Christmassy Boos this year to cheer us all up this year.
However, as with Halloween, there are also going to be a few Christmas Squish a Boos. There is a snowman called Flurry, who will be available in a small and large size, and a gingerbread man called Cookie (pictured below), also in small and large.
On a brighter note, the new Beanie Boos are now appearing in the USA, and will be available shortly in the UK too!
My favourite is probably Opal! A fellow Beanie friend of mine described her fur as being like cotton-candy and I totally agree with this description! I can’t wait to get her! Isn’t she just adorable?!
What do you think of the new Beanies? Are you also disappointed that there are no Halloween or Christmas Beanie Boos this year? Leave a comment below!
I am pleased to say that I have FINALLY added all of the upcoming new Beanie Babies, Beanie Boos, Puffies, Mini Boos key clips, Squish a Boos and the brand new un-named range to the database! There were a LOT to get through, but they should now be all up there, so please let me know if I’ve missed any!
The good thing is that there is now something to look forward to after a bit of a lull waiting for new Beanies! I’m so excited about the new range too!
Below is a full list of all the upcoming 2021 Beanies which will hopefully be released later in the year! (There have been other Beanie sightings, but I’m awaiting information on them before I can add them to the database).
Beanie Babies
As far as I know, there are two new Beanie Babies coming to the range. I’m really looking forward to seeing Squire (pictured below) in reality as his stock image looks so cute!
There are also twelve new Beanie Boos on the Ty Calendar, with potentially more to be released! I’ve seen other Beanie Boo designs, but I’m just awaiting more information before I can add them to the database. Noodles (pictured below) is one of the new Beanie Boos and he looks so adorable!
There are going to be four new Mini Boos key clips, with my favourite being Patsy (pictured below). I love the look of her textured “fur” and her bright pink colouring!
A whopping 38 new Squish a Boos have been announced, with 20 new designs! Zinger (pictured below) is one of the new designs and I just love this happy, little bee!
This is the brand new, unknown range that has been announced on the calendar. So far, the name of the range isn’t known and I’m not sure yet if they will have birth dates, although I suspect they will as they have a poem included on the calendar. I haven’t added the birth dates yet on the database until I can confirm they definitely have one.
Clawdia (pictured below) is one of the new range, and to me they look a little like an updated version of the retired Wild Wild Best range. Isn’t Clawdia so cute!
So that’s all the new Beanies so far. I still haven’t seen anything about any Halloween Beanie Boos, only Squish a Boos, so I’m desperately hoping that Ty do release some this year.
Also, there is some more exciting news for UK collectors…
There is an ongoing competition happening on the @tyofficial.co.uk Instagram page!
The competition is in conjunction with Paultons Park and you have the chance to win the ONLY two Peppa Pig Squish a Boos currently available, plus a family ticket of four people to visit Paultons Park and Peppa Pig World!
The Peppa Pig Squish a Boos will eventually be available from Paultons Park, but it’s aways worth a go to win something for free!

Sorry things have been quiet, I’ve just been away on a family vacation and haven’t had the chance to post.
While I was away, I have seen on the Ty Calender that there some exciting new releases coming up!
There are LOADS, which is great since there has been a bit of a quiet spell of late! There are Beanie Boos, Beanie Babies, Ty Puffies, Squish a Boos and an interesting new range, the name of which is currently unknown!
I am currently adding them in (as there is a LOT to get through), but I’ll mention a few of my favourites that stand out.
I know it’s far off yet, but the Valentine’s Day Beanies are looking very promising. My favourite of these is a cat called Mai.
Mai is very different from the other Beanie Boo cats that have been released before. She almost looks like a lemur/bush baby, but the Ty Calendar states that she is a cat.
Squire the Squirrel is a new upcoming Beanie Baby, who is too cute for words.
I’m in love with this little guy, and I adore his bushy tail. I think he would make the perfect pal for Nuts.
Roxie will be one of the many new additions to the Squish a Boos range.
It looks like Ty may be going in a different direction with the Squish a Boos. At first, they were like Beanie Boo pillows, but it kind of seems like they are heading more towards the “Squishmallows” style. There are a few that have the older Squish a Boos look, like Muffin, Tickle and Scarlett, but in the main, their appearance has changed slightly.
Perhaps the most exciting news is the brand new “unknown” range that has appeared on the Ty Calendar. This new product line has the look of the older Wild Wild Best series, but with an updated appearance and glittery eyes.
One of the things I love about Miso are the little details like how he has pink paw pads (toe beans!) and I LOVE his colouring!
I have currently listed this range under “Unknown” as so far there doesn’t appear to be a name for the range. I’m also unsure whether they will have a Birthday, however, they all appear to have poems.
There are also a couple of new Ty Puffies coming up. One of these is a little dog called Munchkin (love his name!)
I think there are only two Puffies that I can see on the calendar (please correct me if I’ve missed any!).
One thing that I’m a little disappointed about is that there don’t appear to be any new Beanie Boo animals. There are cats, dogs, unicorns, a fox and a raccoon, which I like, but nothing “brand new”. One day, I’d love to see a different animal or bird that hasn’t been done before. However, being a bit of a cat lover, I am happy that there are LOADS of cats in the upcoming releases! One of my favourites is a Beanie Boo cat called Opal (pictured below).
Another thing I’ve noticed is that although there are Halloween Squish a Boos on the calendar, there aren’t any Beanie Boos yet. These are my favourites, so I really hope that there will be Halloween Boos…
Over the next few days, I’m going to be adding these new Beanies to the database, so stay tuned!
What is your favourite Beanie from all the upcoming releases? Let us know in the comments section below!
Today is a very hot and sunny day, so I’ve been adding more Beanie requests to the website. I have had a lot of requests through recently, so if your request isn’t up there yet, it will be soon.
I was looking through my collection and one thing I’ve always loved about Ty Beanies was all the different variations, especially with the older style Beanie Babies/Buddies.
For example, the Roam Beanie Baby (pictured below) is brown, yet the Roam Beanie Buddy is white and has longer, scruffy fur on his back.
Another example of this is with the Batty Beanie Babies. Batty was released in either brown and tie-dyed colour variations as a Beanie Baby, but the Beanie Buddy versions (pictured below) were available in a brown/mocha rose and a black colour.
Beak is another example where the Beanie Baby and Beanie Buddy look very different from one another. The Beanie Baby version is made from a tie-dyed, textured material but the Beanie Buddy is covered in fluffy fur.
There were also name-change variations, like the Tabasco/Snort Beanie Babies and Doodle/Strut the rooster, which were both changed due to lawsuits.
