We have decided to take part in Vlogmas this year! This means we will be posting one YouTube video a day from today (1st December) until Christmas day!
It’s all good fun and we all need some enjoyment at the moment, so check out our very first Vlogmas video!
On Sunday, we decided to hunt for some Beanies at out local Poundland!
I didn’t expect there to be much out there, especially since the Beanie shelf was pretty bare last time, but we actually ended up pleasantly surprised!

Previously, I posted an article about the Teenie Beanie Boos that arrived to Germany from August to September.
Well, I’ve just found out on the McDonald’s website that the Teenie Beanie Boos are arriving to the UK!
They are going to be included in every McDonald’s Happy Meal from 2nd December, so keep a look out for them! I’m not sure whether they will be available for individual purpose yet, especially with the current situation, but at least they’re going to be finally available soon!
Interestingly, it looks like are going to be two new faces appearing. As seen below, there seems to be a winged pegasus and a griffin, which is kind of cool.
I am really looking forward to these guys finally coming to the UK, so from 2nd December, keep your eyes open for them!
I’m really excited because today my Holly Beanie Boo arrived!
Holly is one of the three, brand new Claire’s exclusive Beanie Boos, the other two being Rory the kangaroo and Kora the koala.
So far, only Holly is available in the UK, but all three are available on the USA Claire’s website, where you can find Holly, Kora and Rory.
My first thoughts on Holly are that she looks nothing like the stock image on the Claire’s website and more like the original promotional image where she appeared to be more of an ice-blue colour.
I’m really excited to tell you that I have decided to launch a brand new YouTube channel!
On the channel, I’m hoping to include unboxing videos, reviews and Beanie news. At the moment, it’s all a bit experimental, but I thought I’d try it out!

I have some exciting news for you all! One of our members got in contact to let me know that the brand new dragon Beanie Boo, Holly, is now available on the Claire’s website!
The bad news is…I just had to order one! So, I’m really excited that she’s on the way to me soon, but I promised myself no more Beanie Boos this month (oops!). However, I’ll do an unboxing shortly (along with a few others I still have to do…)
She looks slightly more purple-y in this picture than I originally thought she would be. From the original image that Claire’s released she had more of an icy-blue hue to her, so I guess I’ll find out when she arrives and let you know.
I have updated her page now that I have more information on her, so go and check her out!
Just to warn you if you are thinking of getting Holly, the Claire’s website were suggesting that they had low stock levels.

As you know, I’ve been getting through Beanie requests to add to the website. I’ve managed to add in quite a few of those, although there are still loads of Beanies to get through so don’t worry I will get to those eventually too.
One of those requests was to complete the Peek-a-Boos section of the site, which I’m happy to say is now complete!
Peek-a-Boos are a range of smart phone and tablet holders that look very similar to Beanie Boos. The underside of each Peek-a-Boo was made from a handy screen-cleaning fabric, so you could wipe the fingerprints off your screen. Ty haven’t officially stated the retirement of the range, but there hasn’t been a new Peek-a-Boo since 2017.
Today I was sorting through my Beanie Boos and I noticed that Asha and Orson, being Beanies with extra fluffy hair, were looking a little bit scruffy. Their hair was covering their eyes and just wasn’t looking in great condition. Here is a previous picture from when I first bought them.
I grabbed my daughter’s baby comb, which is quite fine-toothed and gave them a bit of a pamper. Here’s little Orson having his hair combed.
I must say, I think they look extra fluffy afterwards! Now their colours really show up and they just look fabulous!
Anyway, I thought I’d share this little tip with you all, just in case anybody finds it useful.
Also, I have a Beanie order turning up today that I’m really excited about. It was estimated to turn up tomorrow, but I got a notification to say it was coming today instead. I love it when that happens! Anyway, I’ll do an unboxing of that later, so stay tuned!

It’s Friday, and quite a sunny one at Beaniepedia HQ!
This morning I took this photo of my new medium-sized Charmed Flippable, who I absolutely ADORE! I’ve never really collected the medium Beanie Boos/Flippables before (mainly because of space to keep them all), but there is something about the medium size Flippables especially because the sequins seem to flip more easily!
It’s also Friday 13th today, which is a little concerning if you’re superstitious in the year 2020 where nothing seems to be going right.
I’ve managed to get in a few more Beanie requests today (for some reason I can’t reply to one of the members who contacted me, but just to let you know I got your email and I have added some of the Beanies that weren’t on the website. I still have some to add but I will get them in shortly).
Right now, I’m going to have a tea break (excuse the bowl. It’s my daughter’s, honest!). Have a great weekend!
