Description
Smarty is a fuzzy, mottled brown owl with gold and black button eyes and a brown beak on a white fluffy face. He has a maroon coloured, paisley patterned chest and carries a diploma under his right wing. He wears a black waterboard hat with the words “CLASS OF 2005” written on it.

Collectors note
Smarty was released on 31st March 2005.
His Birthday is on 13th April 2004.
He was retired on 23rd November 2005.
This is the retail version of Smarty. When he retired, he appeared on the Ty Store without a hat. Both versions have the same style number.
There is another Ty Store version with a green paisley chest.
