Topper is a pale yellow giraffe covered in brown patches. He has large, gold and black button eyes and dark brown nostrils on a white muzzle. He has two, tiny white and brown horns on top of his head and a fluffy brown mane.

This is the 2012, redesigned version of Topper. He was originally released with small eyes in the Beanie Babies 2.0 range, before becoming part of the Beanie Babies product line when Beanie Babies 2.0 retired. He was later released with larger eyes in 2012.
