All black Zip was released on 7th January 1996.
He was retired on 10th March 1996.
There are four versions of Zip. This all black version, Zip with a white face and magenta whiskers, Zip with a white face and pink whiskers and Zip with white paws.
The all black Zip was only released with a 3rd generation swing tag and a 1st generation tush tag, and subsequently had no birth date (please refer to my swing tag guide for more information on swing tag identification and my tush tag guide to identify tush tags).
