Description
Tinsel is a white snowy owl with a fluffy white face. He has large, glittery blue button eyes and a sparkly silver beak. His wings have black feather markings on them and his feet are shiny silver like his beak. Tinsel wears a red Christmas hat with a white fluffy trim and white pom pom hanging from the top.
