Different generations of Lilly either came wearing only a pink ribbon, a red jumpsuit (with buttons, pink ribbon), a red jumpsuit (with buttons, without a pink ribbon), a red jumpsuit (without buttons, with a pink ribbon) or a red jumpsuit (without buttons, without pink ribbon).
