Billionaire the Bear was introduced on 26th September 1998.

He was retired the very same day.

This Beanie Baby wasn’t available for retail and was only given to Ty employees as a “thank you”.

There were approximately only 1400 produced.

Counterfeit versions of Billionaire have been reported. Please check the list below before purchasing a Billionaire bear. A counterfeit Billionaire Beanie Baby may have:

A holographic tush tag. A genuine Billionaire bear will only have a 6th generation tush tag (see Tush Tag guide for more information).

A counterfeit Billionaire may be made from a solid brown colour fabric. An authentic bear will have a speckled brown appearance.

A genuine Billionaire should have a darker green dollar sign embroidered on the chest. The counterfeit may have a light green dollar sign.
