He is based on the original Squealer Beanie Baby.

He is part of the 30th Beanie Babies Anniversary range released in 2023. He came in the second set of four Beanie Babies for this Anniversary range for both the USA and UK. The first set consisted of Bones II, Valentino II and Bongo II. This set included Peanut II, Squealer II, Snort II and Peace II. Each retailer that stocked this range had a limit of 24 of each Beanie Baby.
