Description
Farewell is a white bear Beanie Buddy with navy blue stripes covering his body. He has black button eyes and a navy blue embroidered nose. He wears a navy blue, satin ribbon tied around his neck and he has an embroidered Yankee Stadium patch on his left arm.

The Final Season
Collectors note
The Farewell Beanie Buddy was released on 14th September 2008.
He was retired on the same day.
Farewell was handed out to commemorate the final year at the old Yankee Stadium during the baseball game between New York Yankees and the Tampa Bay Rays on 14th September 2008. He was only available to the first 18,000 children who attended the stadium that day.
