Meet Licorice, Mumford and Batrick!

I sincerely didn’t think I’d manage to get hold of Licorice and Batrick this year, but did eventually manage to. I picked up Mumford too to go with Ooooky as they make the perfect pair!

Let’s take a closer look at them all…

Mumford

Mumford Ghost Mummy Halloween Beanie Boo
Mumford isn’t actually a 2024 Halloween Beanie Boo. He was released last year in 2023, but sadly I missed out on getting him.

I’m so glad that I now have both him and his newer cousin, Ooooky! They look really good together and will be right at home in my Halloween display this year!

Like Ooooky, he has a pet spider that is such an adorable little addition to an already cute Beanie Boo!

Mumford Halloween Ghost Mummy Beanie Boo Spider

His Birthday is on 13th September and his poem:

A spider for a friend
Is what I recommend
This is my spider here
I always keep him near

Batrick

Batrick Bat Halloween 2024 Beanie Boo
Batrick is so freakishly cute! He is very similar to last year’s Halloween Bat Beanie Boo, Ophelia, but with a more subtle appearance. His wings are patterned in a white spider web print instead of red and his feet are black like his body, as opposed to Ophelia’s red feet.

However, like Ophelia, Batrick has kept his adorable, dangly legs!

Batrick’s Birthday is on 2nd October and his poem reads as follows:

All those bugs to feed on,
In the hours of dusk to dawn.
I’m overhead in the sky,

Licorice

Licorice Cat Halloween 2024 Beanie Boo
Licorice is back in stock at The Magical Gift Boutique!…But only while stocks last!

This spooky little cat is my favourite of this year’s Halloween Beanie Boos! I ADORE her tri-colour eyes and bright pink/lime green accents! She also has the most purrfect little purple nose with orange whiskers!

I can see why this little feline has been popular this year! She has the coolest name too!

Her Birthday is on 1st November and her poem reads as follows:

Slowly creeping past your door,
In the darkness I explore.
If the moon is shining bright.
You might see me in fhe light.

As you notice, there truly is a “fhe” misprint in the hang tag. I can’t find a Licorice Beanie Boo without this error, so I assume it’s a very common misprint. If you have one that is correctly spelled “the”, please drop a comment below!

My thoughts on the Halloween 2024 Beanie Boos…

I’m in love with this year’s Halloween Beanie Boos, and Licorice and Batrick are no exception!

Although not a 2024 Beanie Boo, Mumford is also a great addition to my collection! Along with Ooooky, they look great as a pair!

In my opinion, Licorice has one of the most amazing colour combinations of all the Halloween Beanie Boos! I simply love her!

I’m glad Batrick no longer has the glittery inner ears that last year’s Ophelia had. I think they suit him, along with his more muted colours.

Halloween 2024 Beanie Boos and Beanie Bellies Leaks!

Hi everyone! Have you seen the upcoming Beanie Boos and Beanie Bellies for Halloween 2024! These are the new leaked designs and I’m absolutely thrilled to share them with you!

There appear to be some really awesome Beanies this Halloween and I can’t wait to get hold of them!

So far I do not know their names, but here they are below.

Halloween Beanie Bellies Frankenstein

The only time we’ve had a “Frankenstein” Beanie has been Frankenteddy and SpongeBob Frankenstein, so it’s awesome to have an ACTUAL Frankenstein’s monster.

Fun Fact: It’s a common misconception that Frankenstein was the name of the monster from the Mary Shelley book. Frankenstein was actually the CREATOR of the monster. The actual monster that he created was never given a name.

I love the detail on this one, like his prominent eyebrows and stitching on his face. He has lime green skin that goes with the purple of his eyes.

Halloween Beanie Bellies Pumpkin

This pumpkin, monster-thingy is actually really cute! I’m not sure what he is supposed to be but I love his orange pumpkin head with a tiny green stalk. There is some lovely airbrushing detail on his face, giving it a shadow effect.

His body is orange and covered in black stripes like a tiger, but he has an orange tummy with a black pumpkin face.

I like that his “hands” are a green colour, making them different from his black feet.

It wouldn’t be Halloween without a Beanie Boo Bat!

This bat is very similar to the Halloween bat Beanie Boo from 2023 called Ophelia. The overall design actually hasn’t changed, but the eyes are now blue instead of green. The spiderweb pattern on the wings have also changed from red to white and her feet are now black instead of bright red.

I do love this sweet little bat though!

Again, this is another design that has been re-hashed from last year. This little ghost is basically Mumford without the orange stripes and his eyes have changed from green to orange.

I did like Mumford’s design though and sadly didn’t get him last year, so I would definitely get this little ghost mummy! How could I resist his little pet spider?!

Halloween Beanie Boo Black Cat

I LOVE THIS CAT!!!

She is a mostly black cat with the most gorgeous pink patches! Her purple, orange and green eyes are ENCHANTING and she has the most adorable little purple nose! Her little green ears go well with her bright pink and black colouring too.

I seriously love everything about her and I hope I can get hold of her!

This spider has some of the hallmarks of last year’s spider, Charlotte. However, from this picture it looks like the legs and feelers are thinner and a slightly different shade of orange. They also look less fuzzy than Charlotte’s.

Maybe my Charlotte needs a friend?…

Ok, now this is a spider I really do want!

I love the colouring on this one! How the brown on his face fades into the rest of the black on his head and his black-tipped, brown legs look creepily cute!

I think this one has the potential to be my new favourite spider Beanie Boo!

And finally…

Actually, I take that back…THIS could possibly be my favourite spider Beanie Boo!

OMG! Just look at that snowy-white body and white legs! Also, how cute are his sparkly purple eyes?!

He looks like he could be a little white jumping spider. Whatever he is, he is quite possible the cutest Beanie Boo spider EVER!

My thoughts on the Halloween 2024 Beanie Boos and Beanie Bellies…

I am LOVING the new Beanie Bellies! They are fun new designs that we haven’t had yet and the perfect addition to the Halloween range!

The Beanie Boos I’m mixed about. I LOVE some designs, like the white and brown spiders and the cat. However, I feel a few are very similar to last year’s designs and I wish there had a bit more variation.

I do like them though, because just look at them! They are very cute.

I will probably buy them anyway, especially the ghost and bat as I didn’t manage to get either Mumford or Ophelia last year.

Have you heard? The new Halloween 2023 Beanie Boos have been revealed!

Hi everyone!

More exciting news from Ty! We are currently awaiting the announcement for the next series of 30th Anniversary Beanie Babies. However, this year’s Halloween Beanie Boos have been announced for 2023!

There will be four new Beanie Boos available and they are freakily adorable!

Mumford

Mumford the Mummy Halloween Beanie Boo 2023

I can’t quite decide if Mumford is a mummy or a ghost. He wears bandages like a mummy, but has the shape of a ghost!

He is so adorable though, and made more so by the cute little spider pet he carries round with him! I love that his poem is all about his little arachnid friend too.

He is one of my favourite Halloween Beanie Boos this year!

Nightcap

Nightcap the Ghost Halloween Beanie Boo 2023

This is the second ghostly friend available this year!

Nightcap wears a large pointed, striped hat and he has a cute little gold tooth. His entire body is covered in silver sparkles, adding to his ghostly appearance.

I love his his sparkly orange eyes stand out from the white of his body.

Charlotte

Charlotte the Spider Halloween Beanie Boo 2023

Not to be confused with another Beanie Boo cat called Charlotte.

This eight-legged Charlotte is quite possibly named after the spider character from the book, Charlotte’s Web.

She is very cute (if you’re not arachnophobic) and I love the white detail underneath her eyes and her tiny, sparkly fangs. Her orange and black striped legs look very striking against her black body too.

And finally…

Ophelia

Ophelia the Bat Halloween Beanie Boo 2023

It wouldn’t be a Halloween Beanie Boo launch without a bat Beanie Boo!

Last year, we actually had two bats, Drizella and Mortimer. This time, we only have one but she is one of my favourite bats so far!

Her name is Ophelia and she is so adorable!

I absolutely love how her black, fuzzy body is broken up by the sparkly bright blue of her inner ears, her glittery green eyes and her bright red feet. Her sparkly black wings with a red spiderweb pattern also make a nice touch.

My thoughts on the 2023 Halloween Beanie Boos…

My favourite of this spooky bunch is probably Ophelia, followed by Mumford. I love Ophelia’s colouration and I think Mumford’s pet spider is so cute!

I’m a little sad that there are no Halloween cat Beanie Boos this year, but there is a good selection and we did have two cats last year, Morticia and Oleander.

New Halloween Beanie Boos for 2022!

Hi everyone!

I hope you’re having a lovely week wherever you are in the world! In the UK, we have just had a Bank Holiday weekend. The weather was nice enough on the Saturday that we were able to get out and about in nature, which made a lovely change.

Anyway, the reason for this post is that I have some exciting news to share with you all…

There will be new Halloween Beanie Boos this year!

Yes, you heard that right! New stock photos have emerged with four new spooky Beanie Boo designs!

After last year’s disappointment that there were no Halloween Beanie boos for 2021, this is welcome news for us collectors!

The first of these new designs is a dog Beanie Boo wearing a pirate hat.

Pirate Dog Beanie Boo - Halloween 2022

How cute is this little pirate pup?! His hat has a skull and crossbones design on the front and he looks ready for trick-or-treating!

Next up is the first of two bat designs.

This little cutie is jet black with gorgeous green eyes and matching, glittery green feet. His ears and wings and covered in purple-pink glitter.

There will also be another bat, similar in appearance but with sparkly orange ears, eyes, wings and feet. both bats have tiny white fangs.

Finally, one of the cutest (in my opinion) Halloween Beanie Boos this year…

This adorable little arachnid has a fluffy body covered in orange and black zebra stripes. He has orange and black, striped legs and tiny, white fangs. His glitter eyes look like they will be a similar colour to Radar’s eyes.

I think out of all the new designs, the pirate dog and spider are my favourites, but they’re all really cute.

As of yet I don’t have any other information on them (names, poems, etc), so I haven’t added a page for them on the database yet, but I will update when this information becomes available.

Halloween Beanie Boos for 2020!

I can’t believe it’s September already! And you know what that means? It’s nearly that time of year again! By that, I mean Halloween!

This year has been a difficult one, so I know we probably won’t be celebrating as we normally would. But Ty has some new Beanie Boos in store for us all to cheer us all up a bit!

Firstly, we have Spike!

This little ghost is here to make your Halloween ultra-spooky! He’s really adorable though and not that scary.

Next up, is Radar!

Radar has a very round, hairy body and a spotty pattern for his wings and inner ears. He is not to be confused with the 1995 Beanie Baby, also called Radar.

And finally we have my favourite of the new Halloween Beanie Boos…

Pandora the cat!

Pandora is covered in a moon pattern and wears an adorable, sparkly Witch’s hat.
